Most postures have an alternative and we’ve got props if you need more balance or depth.
If you are just starting out we sell new mats, grip socks and other accessories instore. It’s that easy to get on the floor and into action. Â

Kylie (PILATES + BARRE + REFORMER + BOUNCE)
Kylie is the vibrant and fun loving founder and owner of Good Vibes Pilates and Yoga. AÂ passionate advocate of physical fitness and health, she has over 30 years global experience in PT and fitness. Kylie discovered Pilates after a motorcycle accident left her with left leg paralysis. Her devotion to the practice transpired to being a qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. With positive energy and sense of humour, Kylie will see that you leave with a smile, feeling good inside and out.Â
ElliE (PILATES + BARRE)
Born on the South coast of NSW, Ellie has lived an active lifestyle from a young age. From dancing to swimming, surfing to gymnastics, she thrives on the constant movement and the social life it brings with it. She was drawn to Pilates at age 18, when she partially dislocated her hip. Her Physio recommended she try Pilates for rehabilitation and she quickly became a big fan.Â
Moving to the coast a few years later a friend and fellow teacher (Renee Stevenson) suggested classes at Good Vibes. Ellie instantly fell in love with everything Kylie was about. Always playing with the idea of becoming a qualified Pilates instructor, Kylie encouraged Ellie to jump and that she did! Ellie’s aim is to bring joy, laughter and knowledge to every class – making your day a little bit brighter.Â
