Good vibes crew...
Kylie is the vibrant and fun loving founder and owner of Good Vibes Pilates and Yoga. A passionate advocate of physical fitness and health, she has over 30 years global experience in PT and fitness. Kylie discovered Pilates after a motorcycle accident left her with left leg paralysis. Her devotion to the practice transpired to being a qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. With positive energy and sense of humour, Kylie will see that you leave with a smile, feeling good inside and out.
Born on the South coast of NSW, Ellie has lived an active lifestyle from a young age. From dancing to swimming, surfing to gymnastics, she thrives on the constant movement and the social life it brings with it. She was drawn to Pilates at age 18, when she partially dislocated her hip. Her Physio recommended she try Pilates for rehabilitation and she quickly became a big fan.
Moving to the coast a few years later a friend and fellow teacher (Renee Stevenson) suggested classes at Good Vibes. Ellie instantly fell in love with everything Kylie was about. Always playing with the idea of becoming a qualified Pilates instructor, Kylie encouraged Ellie to jump and that she did! Ellie’s aim is to bring joy, laughter and knowledge to every class – making your day a little bit brighter.
jazmine (Physio therapist + instructor)
“Born in FNQ, Jazmine moved to the Gold Coast in 2018 to complete her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. After many years of lifting weights, COVID gym closures prompted her to give pilates from home a go! She loved how accessible, fun and challenging it can be for the mind and body – not to mention what a great rehab tool it makes! She’s passionate about helping you through your injury to peak performance with a sprinkle of glute burn along the way… “
Passionate about a modern style of practice that gets your heart rate up and your body really moving.
