Good Vibes opened in Tweed Heads back in 2010 and has since moved to a new studio in Coolangatta. We’ve been rocking our no-holds barred pilates and restorative yoga sessions since the get go.

It’s the energy that is different at Good Vibes. We offer traditional Pilates and Yoga techniques with a twist, bringing you high intensity workouts, with banging tunes! All our sequences are refined by qualified instructors.
Our instructors will push you past your comfort zone. Our aim; to build inner and outer strength, with the balance and body refinement you have come for.

Classes at Good Vibes are designed with all levels in mind. The fittest will strive to reach the high rep count, while the not so regulars work on consistency and form to get the most from the class.
Most postures have an alternative and we’ve got props if you need more balance or depth.
If you are just starting out we sell new mats, grip socks and other accessories instore. It’s that easy to get on the floor and into action.

Kylie (PILATES, BARRE + REFORMER)
Kylie is the vibrant and fun loving founder and owner of Good Vibes Pilates and Yoga. A passionate advocate of physical fitness and health, she has over 25 years global experience in PT and fitness. Kylie discovered Pilates after a motorcycle accident left her with left leg paralysis. Her devotion to the practice transpired to being a qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. With positive energy and sense of humour, Kylie will see that you leave with a smile, feeling good inside and out.
AMANDA (YOGA + REFORMER)
Native to British Colombia (Canada) and thoroughly qualified and experienced in yoga and pilates, Amanda found her path to Good Vibes and instruction from an injury at 17. An introduction to pilates for recovery helped her understand the physical and mental benefits of the practice and was the drive to study pilates and yoga intensively. She would love to help you reach your health and fitness goals… ‘Through sweat and smiles lets get you living your best self!’
Offering supportive, grounding and inclusive sessions for you to explore the mind and body, Sarah guides classes to approach their practice with curiosity and compassion as she weaves traditional yoga into everyday experiences. She uses insight and inspiration to include movement in your life and to cultivate increased awareness of how you engage with yourself, life and others. ‘I find joy in sharing the magic of yoga, movement, mindfulness and meditation with others’.
AOIFE (PILATES, BARRE + REFORMER)
Passionate about a modern style of practice that gets your heart rate up and your body really moving, Aoife has practising Pilates since she was 18 years old. All things lead to becoming an instructor, with exercise, flexibility and movement with music all part of her life as a synchronised swimmer for Australia, where training and competition around the world were the norm. At the beginning of 2020, Aoife qualified as a barre body trained mat instructor and has been pumping out sessions at Good Vibes ever since.
